Design Services
We will discuss your requirements with you and using our in-depth industry knowledge we will put together a design scheme to make your perfect room a reality. You will be provided with 3 dimensional images of the proposed new room from our state of the art CAD System.
To get the process started all we need is for you to provide us with accurate measurements of the room. These need to include window and door positions along with the positions of the existing plumbing. Let us know what items you want in the room and an idea of style and we will do the rest.
We will provide you with accurate costings and are able to revise the design and specification at any stage to meet your design, function and budget requirements.
Design and Installation Services
With our installation partners, P and R Installations, we are able to make your dream bathroom become a reality. Everything is taken care of for you. Plumbing, tiling, electrics, plastering, carpentry and decorating services are all provided by our team of experienced tradesmen who are familiar with working within our clients homes. All of this is project managed for you.
We can arrange for a project manager to visit your home during the day or early evening to find out what is required in your new bathroom or en-suite. We will measure your rooms and assess what works are needed to be carried out and the feasibility of these works. We will then come away and go through the design process to give you that fitted bathroom you always wanted.
We will provide you with 3 dimensional images of the proposed room along with accurate costings for both the equipment and for the installation.
Design Presentation
Once we have your design, or design and installation, propositions ready we will make an appointment to meet you in our showroom and present these to you.
It is quite usual to make amendments to these to meet with your exact requirements for style, function and budget. We would then revise our quotation for you.
Costings
Luxury bathrooms and shower rooms fully designed and installed from around £10,000 - £12,000.
Wet rooms designed and installed from around £12,000.
Design service £50 per room.
Design and installation survey £100 per room.
These design costs are refundable if your purchase is over £2000.
